The relationship between you and CLEAR is a partnership, and we treat it that way. What this means is if you’re not happy = we aren’t happy.

Our promise to you is simple: If your results are not available to you by the deadline* of the location you tested in, we will give you a full refund for your test — no questions asked. Simply contact us by phone during business hours by calling (866) GET-CLRD and we will process a full refund to the original payment method.

*The deadline to qualify for our Money-Back Guarantee varies based on the location you are tested in and the Turnaround Time Table. The Money-Back Guarantee is not applicable when patients test at MPOWERR Health & Wellness of Atlanta, Inc. or TBD Health in Las Vegas, as those facilities are not independently operated and are not considered partner locations.

The Money-Back Guarantee is not applicable when caused by events beyond the control of CLEAR including shipping delays, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks, riots, strikes, and war. Also not applicable if a sample needs to be re-run or initial results are deemed “indeterminate” or “inconclusive.”

Customers with an active subscription to CLEAR Pass™ will receive a 14-day extension of their subscription, not a refund. The 14-day extension is the value-equivalent of a $209 CLEAR Panel+.

CLEAR reserves the right to modify this program at any time at its own discretion.
