How It Works

Self-collected capillary blood from your upper arm — no needle, no clinic. The single-use Tasso® device uses one button and a gentle vacuum, and the lancet retracts automatically. The whole collection takes about 5 minutes.

Step 1 — Prepare: wash hands, place the device on your upper arm, twist the tube cap and click the tube in, warm with the heat pack for 2 minutes, clean the site and remove the button cover.
Step 2 — Collect: peel the tab and stick the device on, press the button once, wait up to 5 minutes for the tube to fill, remove the device and bandage, cap the tube and invert.
Step 3 — Disposal and transport: discard used materials per local guidelines, wash hands, and ship the sample to the lab using the provided instructions.
