How It Works

Everything is self-collected — a clean-catch urine sample plus the swabs your panel calls for. No needles, no lancets, no clinic visit. The whole collection takes about 10 minutes.

🧼 1. Prepare

Wash your hands with soap and water before opening the kit.
Lay out the collection devices — every tube and swab arrives pre-labeled for you.
Read the guide inside the lid so you know which samples your panel needs.
Collect all of your samples on the same day.

🧪 2. Collect — about 10 minutes

Urine: collect a clean-catch midstream sample, then transfer it into the collection tube between the fill lines.
Swabs: follow the guide below for the oral, rectal, or vaginal swab your panel includes.
Break each swab shaft at the black line so it seats inside its tube, then cap it firmly.
No needles, no lancets, no blood — every sample is self-collected.

📦 3. Pack & ship

Wrap the capped tubes in the absorbent pad and seal them in the biohazard bag.
Place the bag in the prepaid return mailer and wash your hands.
Drop the package off using the prepaid shipping label — return postage is always free.
Your sample is processed by a CLIA-certified lab; results post to your secure portal.

Clean-Catch Midstream Urine Collection

1Step 1

Wash your hands to make sure they are clean before collecting the urine.

2Step 2

If the collection container has a lid, remove it carefully and set it down with the inner surface up. Avoid touching the inside of the container with your fingers.

3Step 3

Begin urinating into the toilet or urinal.

4Step 4

After the urine has flowed for several seconds, place the collection container into the stream and collect about 3 fl oz (90 mL) of this “midstream” urine without interrupting the flow.

5Step 5

Avoid touching the rim of the container to your genital area, and avoid getting toilet paper, pubic hair, stool (feces), menstrual blood, or other foreign matter in the urine sample.

6Step 6

Finish urinating into the toilet or urinal.
